I have no idea what I'm doing. What's a good entry level class?
Muscle and Flow is perfect for anyone looking to get introduced to strength training.
Lower intensity classes like Pilates and yoga tend to move at a slower pace, but some find the intricacy of movements to be intimidating.
Strong, HIIT It & Quit It, and barre would be classified as more intermediate workouts. Zumba is very forgiving in that it's all about having a good time!
Do I need a membership?
No! Anyone can drop in to any class as long as there is space. Simply click on the schedule to sign up.
We do offer punch cards and unlimited passes to help you save some cash when you're ready to commit to the class(es) you love!
How do I cancel a class I'm already signed up for?
You should be able to do this through your client dashboard, or through the confirmation email. If all else fails, text 208 512 0911 or send a message.
